"Fight for the Blessing," Ted & Lee with pianist Ken Medema, at 7:30 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall. Admission: $15 general admission, $10 seniors and students and GC students.

Goshen College Chamber Choir Home Concert at 7:30 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

Following their spring break tour to Ohio and Pennsylvania, the GC Chamber Choir will present a home concert, with Debra Brubaker conducting. Admission: $5 -- general, $3 -- seniors and students, GC students -- free.

Di Brandt Poetry Reading at 7:30 p.m. in Rieth Recital Hall.

Award-winning Canadian poet Di Brandt will read from her new collection, "Now We Care,:" just released in Canada by Coach House Books. Brandt is the author of numerous works of poetry, essays and criticism. She is professor of creative writing at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario. The reading will be followed by a reception and book signing.

Convocation: Dialogue on Science and Religion with Professor of Physics Carl Helrich and Associate Professor of Bible, Religion and Philosophy Paul Keim at 10 a.m. in the Church-Chapel.

Religion and Science Conference begins at 5 p.m. in College Mennonite Church, and continues through March 14.

Professor John Haught of Georgetown University will be the principal speaker. To register for the conference, call Doris Yoder at (574) 535-7305. The fee is $100.

Performing Arts Series Add-On: Greg Brown at 7:30 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

Winner of the Association for Independent Music's award for Best Contemporary Folk Album of 2000 and declared "one of the best singer-songwriters in America" by the Washington Post, Greg Brown delivers a concert in his trademark sonorous, deep throated style with tunes about life's predicaments and pleasures and family, home and nature. Cost: $20, $15, $7.

Afternoon Sabbatical "Music in my life -- A retrospect," by Mary Oyer at 1 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

Since 1945 Mary Oyer, professor emerita of music, has provided the campus, the community and the church with unparalleled leadership. She instilled a love for both classical and church music in students and in churches. Her many visits to Africa enriched her musical world through the cross-cultural dimension. Oyer's reflections on music in her life point to both continuity and change.

Taize Prayer Service at 9:15 p.m. in Newcomer Center, Room 19.

Convocation: Witness for Peace in Nicaragua at 10 a.m. in the Church-Chapel.

Over the years, Witness for Peace has examined and challenged unjust U.S. policies and corporate practices that hurt the poor majority in Nicaragua.

Andrea Bontrager Senior Voice Recital at 6:30 p.m. in Rieth Recital Hall.

Spring Mainstage: "Torba" by Ingrid De Sanctis at 8 p.m. in Umble Center.

The play is based on stories Mennonite Central Committee peaceworker Amy Gopp collected from refugees and survivors of the war in the Balkans. Admission: $8 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and students.

Goshen College Lavender Jazz Band concert at 8 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

The continuance of "Journey through Time, Space, and Jazz" with Sonny Carreno and GC's big band. Admission: $5 general admission, $3 seniors and students, GC students free.

Academic Student Symposium begins at 9 a.m. in the Church-Chapel.

The annual all-day Goshen College Academic Symposium celebrates students' accomplishments by providing a forum for them to present papers and research that they have done in the context of their course work or in preparation of their honors thesis.

Julia Hershberger Senior Flute Recital at 3 p.m. in Rieth Recital Hall.

Gala 2004 -- Greencroft Senior Center Benefit: The Capitol Steps at 8 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

The Capitol Steps is the very best in humorous and musical political satire. Tickets are $35.

Spring Mainstage: "Torba" by Ingrid De Sanctis at 8 p.m. in Umble Center.

This exhibit of graduating senior art majors' work will go through April 1.

Side-by-Side Concert: GC Choirs with Penn High School Choir at 3 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

Conductors are Debra Brubaker, James Heiks, Brent Holaway, Lamar Lolaway and Troy Kauffman.
