March Update from the Presidential Search Committee

Please accept this brief update from the Goshen College Presidential Search Committee even as we enter the point in the process requiring us all to be even more confidential and discreet. Nonetheless, it is also a time we cherish your engagement through prayer for all of us in the Goshen College community. This will probably be the last update until we have a candidate to recommend.

• Representatives of the committee (Dona Park, Beverly Lapp, Launa Leftwich, Rose Gillin and Carlos Romero) were grateful for the opportunity to meet with passionate and engaged students on Feb. 10 to listen to their ideas for our search. We particularly appreciate their interest in this important process.
• We met again in-person the weekend of March 4, and are on track with the established timeline for discernment and announcement. We have a quality pool of applicants.
