Commencement 2015

Commencement was April 26!  The Sociology, Social Work & Anthropology Department celebrated with our 16 seniors (two Sociology, 14 social work–four in the 16-month accelerated BSW completion track; 10 in the traditional BASW track).  No two paths after commencement are exactly alike.  Two of our graduates are heading into the world in service through Mennonite Central Committee’s one-year international service program, SALT (Serving And Learning Together) in Bolivia and Cambodia; a third will be serving with Youth With A Mission.  One starts an advanced standing MSW program in June.  All three of our accelerated graduates who’ve sought employment are already employed.  Several of our traditional graduates also have jobs ready to start in June; others are actively interviewing.  We send them forth with our blessings.
