Archaeology Study Abroad Opportunity: Kampsville Field School

From June 11 to June 22, 2017, experience hands-on experience with archaeological research design and implementation. Students will participate in the program in Kampsville, Illinois. Directed by Dr. Jane Buikstra, the field school will examine empirical and theoretical training in archaeology. This program includes three accredited courses: Bioarcheology and Human Osteology, Field Archaeology and Geophysical Testing, and Geomatics.
