On Thursday, we began our morning with a bus ride from Glendale AZ, to Tucson AZ. Once in Tucson, we grabbed a quick lunch before heading to Saguaro National Park where we adventured for several hours. Following Saguaro, we departed to visit the Mission San Xavier del Bac. There, we explored the beauty of the landscape, the religious shrines, and the historic church. The choir even got to sing outside the church while we were there. Thursday evening, we ate dinner at Shalom Mennonite Fellowship where we were treated to a performance by their Congolese Choir. After dinner, we performed at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church.
