Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Goshen College’s Campus Activities Council (CAC). We are currently accepting applications from qualified students for the 2020-2021 academic year.
CAC is made up of seven student leaders and advised by the Director of Student Involvement. Anyone can apply to be part of CAC regardless of identity, residential status, or class standing. The team works closely together to perform all aspects of campus event management from conception to evaluation. Within CAC, each team member is assigned a Chair position based on his/her/their interests and category of event.
The 2020-2021 Chairperson positions may be:
CAC President
Spirit Events Chair
Campus and Community Events Chair (up to 2)
Cultural Events Chair (up to 2)
Publicity
Weekday Connections (up to 2)
Since there is no one “type” of person that makes an effective CAC member, we are interested in hearing from any student who is excited about and capable of having a positive impact on GC students by way of CAC’s role on campus. CAC has the opportunity to set the tone for campus life as a fun, dynamic, and memorable college experience for all Goshen students. CAC is the vehicle for GC students to make memories.

Individual CAC interviews will be held between March 9th, 2020-March 13th, 2020 with Director of Student Involvement.
