SALT is an academic program that focuses on themes of ethnic identity, leadership and spirituality. The SALT program is an opportunity for newly admitted  Goshen College students who identify as coming from ethnically and culturally diverse backgrounds and/or are first generation students to get a head start on their total college experience!
