God does not love us because of our circumstances, but God loves us in spite of our circumstances.
Rejoicing in God’s Justice
This season, let us give thanks for the birth of Jesus, the human embodiment of God’s justice. Let us rejoice in the knowledge that God is turning the world around.
A Cleared Path
If we get the clutter in our minds and lives out of the way, the path to see God’s Salvation will be clear.
Thankful for You
Agape describes Jesus’ love for us: love so vast that he gave everything so we could have life and life abundant.
Putting God First
Even when we have lost our way, God has open arms for us to run back to and makes us feel covered in grace and abundant love.
A Burning Sense of Justice
As we prepare for Advent, let us be set aflame by Malachi’s passion for justice so it burns away all lazy excuses.
Proclaiming
In what ways are God’s people today – in this time and in this place – called to proclaim holy disruption? What voices are daring to speak? How are we called to make room for the naming of new systems being birthed?
Eyes Open
While the dominant paradigm tries to numb us, our faith calls us to pray for strength and act with courage. We are called to follow a radically different way; the way of Jesus.
Love and Strength
As we wait for the proclamation of righteousness this advent season, may we not forget to grow our love for each other, ourselves, and for all people.
Lightness of Being
Admitting we need to reach beyond ourselves opens us to accept sustaining gifts from the earth with gratitude, not entitlement, and connect to others who also cannot act alone. I invite us all to be humble, but curious, as we wait in mystery.
