What are we doing in this time of preparation to help bring light in a season of darkness?

It’s okay to look bad and that’s the most humbling thing I can tell myself. Christ forgives me and in my chaos the Sustainer brings peace.

As we long for renewal in our hearts and communities, may we be surrounded by God’s patient mercy that yields shalom for all of creation.

The prophets remind us that God loves us enough to move mountains, and invites us to join in.

To the hurts, hang ups and struggles — let it be so because God’s promises are so much bigger.

Advent as a period of waiting becomes a sign of God’s trust, and when we are awake to our act of waiting that love is awakened in us.
