Class of 1960 Nursing Scholarship

The nursing graduates of the Goshen College Class of 1960 have all enjoyed roles as professional nurses providing service in many arenas including nursing service, administration, international voluntary service, and education with ten of the thirty class members taking the role of nurse educator.  We are eager to help other Goshen College students interested in pursuing nursing as a career.  We remember and appreciate the difficulty of paying for quality baccalaureate nursing education and wish to express our gratefulness for rewarding careers by adding our support for a future generation of nurses.  Our concerns are especially for nursing students who are disadvantaged by personal or family hardships.  We want to enable motivated nursing students with a likelihood of success to achieve their goals.  Therefore, in appreciation for the nursing education we received at Goshen College School of Nursing, the Class of 1960 establishes the Class of 1960 Nursing Scholarship.
