The Sarah G. Rody Commemorative Scholarship of Technical Triumph
Dedicated to Sarah Rody, regarded scholar of applied mathematics and knitter of internationally admired animal hats. Sarah Rody — also being a pianist, vocalist, baker, computer programmer, board gamer, math teacher, and Lord of the Rings enthusiast — is the knitter of her own pattern in life and shares her time and many talents freely with her family, friends, and students. Fostering greater gender equity in STEM fields means helping more outstanding scientists like Sarah to realize their potential.
