George H. and Gertrude J. Schiff Scholarship Fund

George and Gertrude Schiff expressed desire was to share their good fortune with people to help them better themselves and to make this world a better place.  Goshen College was chosen to receive a portion of their estate with this in mind.  Their lifestyle was modest, but their joy in living was evident in their abundance of friends whenever they traveled.  Almost all of their estate was left to charity.
