Jane Marie Lehman was born in Castorland, New York. At an early age she developed a love for teaching and set up a classroom in the living room at her home to diligently teach her class of dolls, teddy bears and younger brothers.
J. Karl Lehman was born in Beatrice, Nebraska on November 25, 1963. He was born a Husker fan, and remained a Huskers fan throughout his life.
Mrs. Latta was a sensitive, intelligent Christian woman. Having traveled widely, she had broad interests which she shared generously, locally and beyond. Her contribution to the development for international relationships deserves our admiration and gratitude. It is a legacy we cherish.
Bertha Christophel and Clarence Lehman met during the 1906-1907 school year when they were both enrolled in the academy (high school) which was part of Goshen College at the time.
In 1918 the La Junta (Colo.) Mennonite School of Nursing graduated its first class of students. Forty years later the class of 1958 became the last graduating class.
Dr. Dereck Alan Klopfenstein had many and varied interests in life, but his most loved were father, veterinarian, Ironman, son, uncle and friend.

Roy Kauffman was born in Hopedale, Illinois and his family moved to Iowa when he was four years old. Eunice was born and raised in Tiskilwa, Illinois.
Joel Kauffmann graduated from Goshen College with a BA in communication in 1979. He was a member of College Mennonite Church for more than 30 years and a resident of Goshen for 45 years.
