Opportunity Grant Fund

Christine Weaver of Elkhart County, Indiana, a 1944 graduate of Goshen College, established the Opportunity Grant Fund through her will by making a bequest to Goshen College. Through her own experience as a student and later through relationships with students when she taught nutrition at the University of Missouri-Columbia and at Howard University, Christine developed a special interest in helping students who because of financial or other limitations may have difficulty achieving a college education.
