Qualtrics @ GC
Goshen College maintains a campus license for the powerful online survey tool Qualtrics. All GC students and employees are entitled to create an account for administration of web surveys.
Creating an Account
To create an account, visit http://goshen.qualtrics.com and go to the “Qualtrics sign in page.” Click the link “Don’t have an account?” to establish your GC account. Enter your email in the first field. You must use your @goshen.edu email address. We do not use the Access Code function, so you may leave that field blank. Click “Sign me up.”
Please note: do not create an account at www.qualtrics.com, since these accounts have limits on the numbers of surveys and responses, and do not allow you to share or collaborate with other GC Qualtrics users.
Getting Started
Before asking someone on campus for help, we would encourage you to make use of the instructions available on the Qualtrics support page, beginning with “Getting Started with Surveys.”
To distribute a survey by email, you will need a contact list saved as a comma-separated (.csv) file. Here is a quick guide for distributing a survey by email.
