MyGC
MyGC is your personal online web portal. Through MyGC, students have access to academic information and resources, class schedules, adviser information and more. Employees have access to a host of employee resources and support links. And teaching faculty have access to academic resources. Click here to go to the MyGC web page, and then log in with your GC username and password.
Moodle
Moodle is Goshen College’s Learning Management System that contains class syllabi and course assignments. Click here to access Moodle. Sign in with your Goshen College username and password.
Email and Calendar
Goshen College uses Google’s Gmail and Calendar services. Go to https://www.google.com and sign in using your Goshen College email address and password. Once signed in, click on the Application Menu in the upper right, and choose either Mail or Calendar.
Google Workspace for Education
Google Workspace is a suite of online applications and cloud storage, offered by Google. All enrolled Goshen College students, and all faculty and staff have a Google Workspace account with cloud storage in Google Drive. Go to https://www.google.com and sign in with your Goshen College email address and password. Once signed in, click on the Application Menu in the upper right to access Google Drive and Google web applications.
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Office 365 is a suite of online applications and cloud storage, offered by Microsoft. All enrolled Goshen College students, and all faculty and staff have a Microsoft Office 365 account. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and choose the “Work or school account” option, and then sign in with your Goshen College email address and password. Once signed in, click on the Application Menu in the upper left to access the Office 365 web applications.
Zoom
Goshen College uses Zoom for our campus phone and virtual meeting solution. Click here for further information and Zoom support FAQs.
Okta
Goshen College uses Okta for multifactor authentication. Go to the Okta Dashboard to have easy access to all of the applications and services that come with your GC account. You can also make changes to your multifactor authentication methods through the Okta Dashboard. Learn more about the Okta Dashboard here.
Residential Network in Student Housing (ResNet)
Students may connect to the Goshen College network from their dorm rooms or from off-campus housing. Students who want to connect to the wired network, can borrow a network cable from the Help Desk.

Having difficulty connecting to ResNet? You can make an appointment with the Help Desk to get your computer or device on the network by calling (574) 535-7700. This service is available free of charge to all students. Please make an appointment with ITS before bringing your computer to us for help.
Connecting to the Wireless Network
Access to GC’s wireless network is available for students and employees. Contact the Help Desk at (574) 535-7700 if you need assistance connecting to the campus wifi network.
Printing
There are numerous networked printers and multi-function printer/copiers on campus. Printing over the wireless network is also an option.
Any printing or copying that employees do is charged to their department budget.
Students receive print credit at the beginning of each semester. Each student will receive $15 of print credit for both fall and spring semesters, and $7.50 for May term. If you are taking summer terms courses, you will also receive $7.50 for each summer term that you are registered for. If you run out of print credit, you can purchase more from the Help Desk, which is located in the basement of the Union building.
