In April at Tales & Trails we will be reading Ducklings and Pollywogs by Anne Rockwell. We will explore along the edge of the wetland to discover what is living and growing there in the early spring. Be sure to wear boots or other footwear that will get wet and muddy. Also be sure to wear clothing appropriate for the weather – we will be in damp conditions the whole program time.
Hear a tale and hike a trail with your preschooler to discover the natural wonders around you together! Children and their caregiver(s) gather for a short story that incites curiosity before exploring different places around Merry Lea. This is a 1.5 hour monthly program designed for children ages 3-5, with younger siblings welcome to join, led by a Merry Lea educator.
Please dress to be outside for each program.
