Alan Stadler

Alan joined the Merry Lea team in January 2022. As the Building Maintenance and Grounds Assistant, he oversees, maintains and repairs the buildings found throughout the Merry Lea property. Alan grew up in an extended family of tradespeople and gained hands-on knowledge from many mentors along his travels. His expertise includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and metal fabrication. A native of northern Wisconsin, Alan has called Indiana home for the past several years. In his free time, Alan likes to apply his skills to creating and repairing tools, machines and functional pieces of art. He also enjoys exploring natural areas, camping, spending time with his partner and their rescue cats, and riding his dirt bike.
