Education:

B.S. Agricultural Communication with a minor in Sociology, Purdue University, 2021

Kayla leads and manages Merry Lea’s communications and marketing efforts through promoting stories, programs, events and other opportunities in pursuit of strengthening Merry Lea’s mission. She also creates and edits The Merry Leaflet, social media, website, news releases, brochures and more.

Kayla joined the Merry Lea team in November 2022 with a background in horticulture, communications, graphic design, and photography. Previously, Kayla was a communications and marketing specialist for a solar company. Originally from Syracuse, Ind., she now resides in Larwill, Ind. with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking with her puppy Aspen, camping, and baking/cooking.
