Goshen College Symphony Orchestra to perform fall concert on Nov. 1

The Goshen College Symphony Orchestra (GCSO) will present its fall concert in Sauder Concert Hall on Friday, Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m. The GCSO is an ensemble of Goshen College string, wind and percussion players, and is conducted by Christopher Fashun, assistant professor of music at the college.
The program is highlighted by a performance of “Moon Shadows,” a concerto for mixed percussion and orchestra by American composer Michael Udow, and featuring percussionist and University of Wisconsin professor Anthony Di Sanza. The GCSO will also perform works by Modest Mussorgsky, W.A. Mozart and Johannes Brahms.
Tickets: $7 adults, $5 seniors/students. GC faculty/staff/students free with ID. Tickets available at the door one hour before the concert.
