Stop by Rachel’s Bread on a Saturday morning and you’ll find a hub of activity: friends meeting for coffee, families enjoying a European-style breakfast, and Goshen Farmers Market shoppers stopping by for a sweet roll for the road. The boulangerie is Rachel Shenk’s '80 vision to create food and drink that “feeds the spirit as well as the body.”
