Goshen College Alumna Carrie Newcomer and the wife-husband folk duo Over the Rhine will open the 2016-17 Performing Arts Series at Goshen College Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 7:30 p.m.
On Sept. 16-17, high school students have an opportunity to visit the Goshen College campus to learn more about American Sign Language, music, environmental science/sustainability and pre-medicine.

Duane Stoltzfus, Goshen College professor of communication, will present a lecture titled “Evolving with Language: When the Rules on Courtesy, Profanity and Other Usage Give Way” in Sauder Concert Hall on Sept. 13 at 1 p.m.
Goshen College will host a showing of the documentary “A Justice That Heals,” On Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m., in the Umble Center, with a talkback session following the film with the producer and several people who appeared in the documentary. The event is free and open to the public.

Party Activists, Party Capture and the 'God Gap’” on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center’s Rieth Recital Hall.
Three Community School of the Arts (CSA) youth choirs will hold open auditions for new members on August 14 & 21 in the Goshen College Music Center. Choral ensembles are open by audition for students in grades 3-12.
