Brenton Hieu Pham, a sophomore writing major from Goshen, is one of several first-generation Indiana college students named “Realizing the Dream” recipients by Independent Colleges of Indiana (ICI).
Students are being recognized for their work with co-curricular programs in the Communication Department: the college’s radio station, 91.1 The Globe, GlobeTV, and video production company, FiveCore Media.
Goshen College announced its newest professional development workshop series, Evaluating Social Service Programs, aimed to help professionals in social service fields continue to grow and develop skills in order to advance their careers.
The Goshen College Film Production program will present the premiere of their documentary ‘Goshen - A Sundown Town’s Transformation’ on Tuesday, March 21st at 7 p.m. at The Goshen Theater. The event is free and open to the whole community.
Nelson Kemboi was named an All-American for his school record performance in the men's 3000-meter finals on Saturday at the final day of the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
The 2023 Goshen College Conference on Religion and Science will focus on the theme “The Varieties of Spiritual Experience” and feature keynote speaker Dr. Andrew Newberg. The conference will take place on campus from March 10-12, 2023.
Goshen College junior Jakyra Green, an English and education major from Elkhart, won the 2023 C. Henry Smith Peace Oratorical Contest on Feb. 21 with her speech titled “The Privilege of Peace.”
The Goshen College Chamber Choir will spend their spring break touring and performing in churches and schools in Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas from Feb. 24 through March 3, with a home concert on Saturday, March 4.
During College Goal Sunday, Feb. 26, from 2-4 p.m., financial aid professionals will be volunteering to help college-bound Indiana students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and open the door to financial aid.
