For the eighth consecutive year, Goshen College’s radio station, 91.1 FM The Globe, has been nominated as a finalist for “Best College Radio Station in the Nation” by the Intercollegiate Broadcasting Systems (IBS). Having won twice (2011 and 2013), WGCS was the first station in the country to claim the title more than once.
While most Goshen College students went home for fall break in October for a week of relaxation and recuperation, five students from GC’s Service Club ventured to West Virginia to volunteer for Sharing With Appalachian People (SWAP).

Just in time for Thanksgiving, Goshen-area students, including two GC students, surprised their favorite teachers with letters expressing gratitude for the positive impact they’ve had on their lives.
In the nearly three years since Prevention Intervention Network (PIN) began providing peer-led programming, they have trained almost the entire campus community - more than 800 Goshen College students, faculty, and staff - to be prosocial bystanders, and facilitate a regular fall and spring program with all outgoing students and faculty.
Goshen College recently received recognition among private schools for low student debt per grad ranked, including ranking tenth among all colleges and universities in Indiana.
With regular offerings in student art galleries, recitals, and athletic events –– plus guests lecturers, big-name performing acts and plenty of on-campus amenities, there’s no shortage of ways community members and visitors alike can enjoy themselves at Goshen College.
On Oct. 17, the Latino Entrepreneurship Program, called “Innovative Entrepreneurs” or “Empresarios Innovadores,” hosted their first free workshop.
A traveling exhibition titled "Voices of Conscience: Peace Witness in the Great War," is coming to Goshen College's Good Library Basement Gallery, with a free reception in the gallery on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m
