Members of the Goshen College Class of 2021 will be recognized with a hybrid in-person and virtual ceremony during the college's 123rd commencement weekend, April 23-25. The in-person commencement ceremony will involve only graduates and faculty.

Goshen College sophomore Denisse Aguilar, a psychology and sociology major from Goshen, won the 2021 C. Henry Smith Peace Oratorical Contest on Feb. 16 with her speech titled “Living the American Dream on Borrowed Time.” Senior Mackenzie Miller took second place.
Three different albums recorded in Goshen College Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall have recently received national acclaim. Will Liverman’s “Dreams of a New Day” (recorded in July 2020 at Goshen College) and Catalyst Quartet’s “Uncovered” (recorded in July 2020 at Goshen College) were recently featured in The New York Times, and the Dover Quartet’s “The Schumann Quartets” (recorded in February 2018 at Goshen College) was nominated for a 2021 GRAMMY Award.
Goshen College’s student-run radio station, 91.1 FM (WGCS) The Globe has been nominated for Best Station in the Nation for the 11th consecutive year by the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS), along with 29 individual nominations, more than any other school in the competition.
Goshen College students expressed higher satisfaction than their peers at other similar colleges regarding their experience in the fall semester during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a recent national survey.
