Pink Martini to perform at Goshen College March 14
The upbeat sounds of the Pink Martini orchestra will be heard in Goshen on Friday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m. for a Performing Art Series concert in the Goshen College Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall.


Goshen College’s annual Conference on Religion and Science to focus on human uniqueness
Goshen College’s 14th annual Conference on Science and Religion will be held March 14-16 and will feature speaker Joshua M. Moritz, Ph.D., lecturer of philosophical theology and the natural sciences at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, Calif., adjunct professor of philosophy at the University of San Francisco and managing editor of the journal Theology and Science.


Feel the beat during the March 11 Afternoon Sabbatical
Dr. Christopher Fashun and Ben Runkel will offer a percussion performance of various genres and sound combinations, including both Western and Brazilian percussion, during the March 11 Afternoon Sabbatical at Goshen College. The program will take place at 1 p.m. in the Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall and is free and open to the public.

Dinner and a show: Annual International Student Club Coffeehouse is March 8
The Goshen College International Student Club (ISC) will offer dinner and a show during their annual ISC Coffeehouse on Saturday, March 8. The evening will begin at 5 p.m. with a student-catered international meal held in the College Mennonite Church Fellowship Hall. A show featuring international music and dance will follow at 7 p.m. in the Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall.


Oboist to perform music that should have been written for the oboe
Oboist and Goshen College oboe instructor Jennet Ingle will present a recital of oboe transcriptions on Friday, March 7. The recital will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Center’s Rieth Recital Hall.
