A Festival of Carols
Goshen College will present the 18th annual musical celebration of Christmas, “A Festival of Carols,” on Friday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 5 at 4 p.m. in the Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall. All performances will be streamed live at gcmusiccenter.org/live.
Yoder Public Affairs Lecture: Women and Peacebuilding in Indonesia: A conversation with Endah Setyowati and Jan Bender Shetler
Endah "Etty" Setyowati, a visiting global scholar at Goshen College from the Duta Wacana Christian University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, will speak with Jan Bender Shetler, director of global engagement at GC, for a Yoder Public Affairs Lecture titled "Women and Peacebuilding in Indonesia," on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 7:30 p.m.
Fall Mainstage: "Brooklyn Bridge"
The Goshen College Theater Department will present its fall mainstage play, "Brooklyn Bridge" by Melissa James Gibson, on Saturday, Nov. 13 and Saturday, Nov. 20, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 14 and Sunday Nov. 21, at 2:30 p.m. The Nov. 21 performance will be ASL interpreted.
Pax Duo Percussion Ensemble
pax duo, a percussion ensemble consisting of GC grad and adjunct instructor of music Micah Detwiler and Goshen High School graduate Tristan Swihart, will present a concert of music for mixed percussion on Sunday, November 21 in Rieth Recital Hall. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Lavender Jazz Winter Concert
Featuring Goshen College’s big band, playing classical jazz standard styles including swings, blues, world beat, be-bop, hard bop, New Orleans/Dixieland and fusion, directed by Greg Smucker.

ECoSistema Community Concert with Thalea String Quartet
ECoSistema, a community music and youth development program in Elkhart County, and the award-winning Thalea String Quartet, will present a joint concert on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Center's Sauder Concert Hall. This event is free and open to the public.
