Abner Hershberger: the New York Exhibit opening
Goshen College Professor Emeritus of Art Abner Hershberger will exhibit his mixed-media paintings in the gallery that carries his name from Sept. 22 to Nov. 10, 2019. A reception and artist talk will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, during Goshen College's Homecoming celebration.

Yoder Public Affairs Lecture: Byron Good ’66: “Global Mental Health Policy — Indonesia and China”
Harvard Professor and GC alumnus Dr. Byron Good ’66 will present this year’s Yoder Public Affairs Lecture, titled “Global Mental Health Policy — Indonesia and China" on Thursday, Oct. 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center's Rieth Recital Hall. This lecture is free and open to the public.
Performing Arts Series: Cirque Mechanics
Hailed by Spectacle Magazine as “the greatest contribution to the American circus since Cirque du Soleil,” Cirque Mechanics are bringing their awe-inspiring acrobatics to Goshen College on Oct. 1 at 7:30 p.m.
Fly & Drive Visit Weekend
Who: High school juniors and seniors who live more than 100 miles away. Goshen College covers all other costs (meals and lodging) and will provide a travel reimbursement of up to $200 after the weekend is over.

13-time Juno winner and Canadian Music Hall of Famer Bruce Cockburn will take the Umble Center stage at Goshen College for an intimate Performing Arts Series concert on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 7:30 p.m.
16th annual Grief Seminar: Contemporary Challenges in Bereavement
The Annual Grief Seminar, with guest speaker Dr. Pamela Gabbay, is co-hosted by Ryan’s Place and the Goshen College Social Work Education Program, and in partnership this year with the Community Foundation of Elkhart County.
