Parable Home Concert
Parables, Goshen College's traveling worship team, will present a home concert on Wednesday, April 12 at 7 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center's Rieth Recital Hall.


Admit One: The Story of the Goshen Theater
The documentary, “Admit One: The Story of the Goshen Theater,” directed by Riley Bean-Mills, will be shown at 8 p.m. in the Umble Center. The 26-minute documentary explores the rich history of the Goshen Theater and the tremendous task currently underway to restore and revive it.


Spring Mainstage: Kindertransport
This production centers around Eva, a young Jewish girl who escapes Germany on the Kindertransport. Now an adult with a daughter of her own, Eva (now Evelyn) is haunted by her past and tormented by deep-seated fears from long ago.

Goshen College Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert
The Goshen College Symphony Orchestra, conducted by José Rocha, will perform for the final time in the 2016-17 concert season on Sunday, April 9, 2017 in Sauder Concert Hall. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.

C. Henry Smith Peace Lecture: “Conflict and Creativity: Shunning and Its Legacy in Amish and Mennonite Communities”
By exploring the impact of a shunning on three generations of an Amish family in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, during the period of 1930-2000, this lecture seeks to stimulate a conversation about the legacy of shunning on internal conflict in and among Mennonite churches.

Debra Detwiler Brubaker, professor of music, will present a program called “Women’s World Music Choir: ‘Creating, Sustaining, Disrupting’” on April 4 at 1 p.m. in Sauder Concert Hall.

Eleven Goshen College senior art majors will showcase their work in the Music Center’s Hershberger Art Gallery between March 8 and April 26.
