CEO of Chicago tech company Centro to share insights at Goshen College April 6
Shawn Riegsecker, founder and CEO of Chicago-based tech company Centro, will present insights from his entrepreneurial journey during the Business Innovators Luncheon on Monday, April 6. Hosted by the Goshen College Business Department, the luncheon will take place in the Church-Chapel Fellowship Hall from 12-1 p.m.
Spektral Quartet to mix music and imagery in Haydn’s “Seven Last Words of Christ”
The Chicago-based Spektral Quartet returns to the Goshen College campus to perform Joseph Haydn’s “The Seven Last Words of Christ” on Sunday, March 29 at 4 p.m. This Palm Sunday concert in Sauder Concert Hall will mix outstanding string quartet chamber music with fine art visuals and interspersed readings.

Goshen College choirs to perform Verdi’s Requiem with Fort Wayne Philharmonic and Chorus
Sauder Concert Hall will resound with Giuseppe Verdi’s mighty Requiem Mass on Sunday, March 22, 2015 as more than 150 singers from Goshen College and the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Chorus combine with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, under the baton of Andrew Constantine. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center.
Goshen College bands to present joint concert in Sauder Concert Hall, March 21
Goshen College’s All-Campus Band will perform alongside GC’s Lavender Jazz ensemble in a joint concert, Saturday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will take place in Sauder Concert Hall. Each ensemble will present one half of the concert.

Goshen College’s 14th annual Conference on Science and Religion will be held March 20-22 and will feature speaker Wentzel van Huyssteen, professor of theology and science at Princeton Theological Seminary.

C. Henry Smith the topic of namesake peace lecture
Perry Bush, professor of history at Bluffton (Ohio) University, will present the 2015 C. Henry Smith Peace Lecture on Tuesday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Goshen College Administration Building Room 28. Bechtel will speak on “The Professor as Peacemaker: C. Henry Smith and the Mennonite Intellectual Tradition, 1920-1948.”
Exhibit presents artifacts from six Anabaptist collections
A new exhibit, “Collections in the Collection: Mennonite, Amish, Hutterite,” will open at Goshen College with a public reception in the Library Gallery on March 15 from 3-5 p.m. The exhibit will continue through July 30, 2015.

Students in the Goshen College International Student Club (ISC) will show off food and culture of their home countries with a dinner and a show during the annual ISC Coffeehouse on Saturday, March 14.
