Current and retired Goshen College art faculty members will display their work during a special exhibit from Nov. 19, 2017 through Jan. 21, 2018. A reception will take place Sunday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. in the Music Center's Hershberger Art Gallery.
Fashion designs by Goshen College alumnus Eugene Stutzman ’73 will be on display, including the dress worn by Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex And The City: The Movie and the dress worn by Whitney Houston on the cover of Life Magazine. Reception at 5:30 pm.
Two Concord Junior High School art teachers, Mary Amador and Neil Boston, will showcase their work in the Music Center’s Hershberger Art Gallery between June 11 and Sept. 17, 2017. They will host a reception on Sept. 17, from 2-3:30 p.m., with an artist talk at 3:30 p.m.
Eleven Goshen College senior art majors will showcase their work in the Music Center’s Hershberger Art Gallery between March 8 and April 26.
Karl Eigsti, a Tony Award-nominated set designer, will share his experience later this month at Goshen College as a visiting artist.
Two artists, Martha Yoder and Justin Johnson, will present a joint exhibit , titled “Revelation Images” and “Saints and Scarabs,” respectively, with a public reception on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m., followed by an artist talk, in the Music Center’s Hershberger Art Gallery. The exhibit will be open through Jan. 15, 2017.
Merrill Krabill, professor of art at Goshen College, will present a sabbatical exhibition titled “Between Earth and Sky: exploring loss and redemption” starting Sept. 25 through Nov. 6, 2016. A reception will take place on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 4:30, followed by an artist talk at 5:30 p.m. The exhibit, reception and talk are all free and open to the public.

Linnéa Gabriella Spransy, a Los Angeles-based watercolor artist, is the Goshen College Art Department’s 2016 Eric Yake Kenagy Visiting Artist. She will deliver a public lecture on Sunday, April 3 at 3 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center’s Rieth Recital Hall, with a reception immediately following in the Music Center’s Hershberger Art Gallery.
