This original musical ensemble features only ukuleles of various sizes and registers, accompanied by just the natural voices of the performers. Among their many international concerts and festival appearances, they have sold out twice at Carnegie Hall in New York, twice at The Royal Albert Hall in London and also once at Sydney Opera House in Australia. The Ukulele Orchestra will perform on March 28 at 7:30.

Returning to Sauder Concert Hall by popular demand, The King’s Singers have represented the gold standard in a cappella singing on the world’s greatest stages for over 50 years. They will perform on Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m.

The Sherer Trio is Goshen College’s resident chamber music ensemble. The Trio is composed of violinist Solomia Soroka, cellist Dato Machavariani and pianist Matthew Hill. The Sherer Trio is named for late Goshen College Professors Emeritus Lon & Kathryn Sherer, who taught for decades fostering musical excellence to generations of Goshen College students.
Goshen College’s Performing Arts Series returns for its 26th year during the 2023-24 season with 10 performances featuring new artists and returning favorites to Goshen: Apollo’s Fire — Handel’s Israel in Egypt, The Wailin’ Jennys, A Chanticleer Christmas, Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn, Flor de Toloache, The Lone Bellow, Kurt Elling, American Patchwork Quartet and Martha Redbone Roots Project, International Guitar Night and MALEVO.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 3, concertgoers have the opportunity to secure individual tickets for all concerts in the Goshen College Performing Arts Series, including Ira Glass, Roseanne Cash, Bobby McFerrin, Béla Fleck, Chris Thile, Soweto Gospel Choir and Rhiannon Giddons, among other artists. Three Community School of the Arts youth choirs will perform in the Spring CSA Showcase Concert on Sunday, May 3 at 4 p.m. The concert will be held in the Goshen College Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall.
The 2014-15 Goshen College Faculty Recital Series will open on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014 with a performance by visiting artists and vocal quartet Red Campion. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center’s Rieth Recital Hall.
The Goshen College Music Center has announced the performances for the 2014-15 Rieth Chamber Series. The series, which attempts to make classical chamber music more accessible to the Goshen community, will feature six concerts by outstanding chamber music ensembles and organists on GC’s Taylor and Boody pipe organ, plus a bonus concert and dessert reception for series subscribers only.
