Peru Summer SSTers Arrive

Our group of 15 students touched down in Lima at 7:30 p.m. and had a hassle-free trip through immigration and baggage claim. After a quick trip to the bathroom, and a hasty pose for the obligatory SST arrival shot, the students boarded the bus. Since it was a holiday in Perú (Labor Day), the traffic was minimal and we delivered them to the hostel by 9:15 p.m., which could be an SST Perú record. After a good night’s sleep, they will start their rigorous (and fun!) orientation at Casa Goshen in the morning, and spend the next three days learning how to navigate their new life in Perú.
