The mail form is available at the mailing office in the basement of Coffman Hall.
For metered mailings that are delivered to mailing and not printed in the printing office, ensure that everything is sorted correctly by size and that domestic and international mailings are separated.
Outgoing mail MUST be turned in by 2 p.m. (1 p.m. if there are many packages or mailpieces) if it is to go out the same day.
Mailing can seal letter-size and thin flat-size mail for you, with flaps down.
