“If I weren’t a sports anchor and reporter I would be a lawyer.”
Angelo Di Carlo became a sports anchor and reporter because of his brother, Al Di Carlo. He is 13 years older than Angelo. When Al Di Carlo was in college, to work on the news, Angelo Di Carlo was very young. Which meant he got to do fun activities with his brother that most kids couldn’t. That is one reason why Angelo is now a sports anchor and reporter.
When Al graduated from college he became a sports anchor. Al let Angelo help behind the scenes during news casts. When Angelo was 16 he had to run two cameras running back and forth, for a huge news cast. There was over one thousand people watching and Angelo was the only one who was working on those two, important, cameras. “To this day, this was the most stressful one of my career.” Angelo said.
When he got older Angelo decided he wanted to be a sports anchor and reporter. Angelo got the job he wanted and his life moved on. Later on, Angelo was promoted to be the main reporter for Notre Dame Football. Angelo loves being a sports anchor and reporter, he gets to travel for his job too. Angelo goes to many unique cities and then he gets to talk about them on the news. “A lot of good perks as they say when they do this.” Angelo’s brother was most of the inspiration to where he is right now, if he didn’t have Al, Angelo would most likely be a lawyer.
