In her first season Gaby Romo had an average of 1.05 shots and 0.21 goals per game. Romo is an outstanding soccer player for IPFW where she is studying for pre-medicine.
She has played soccer ever since her elementary years. When she was six she attended West Goshen Elementary School she would play soccer with all the boys at recess and that’s how the game first grabbed a tight grasp at her interests. As she got older she trained and trained so she could be the very best she could be at the sport.
Romo enjoys the idea of a team. She says the team is like a family to her. When Romo was asked for advice she said to “pass the ball to the wall.”
