Some people might think Angelo Di Carlo is one of the best newscasters in the world. Before all that success he was a teleprompter working for his brother.
Angelo Di Carlo’s older brother was a news caster. At the age of 5 Angelo Di Carlo would read the sports section of his local paper to his older brother. Once Di Carlo was in high school he was in track. He was the forth best runner after two people who where going to college for football, but he quit because he claims “I’m not good”. After college at the age of 16 he got a job at the nation’s first cable company as his brothers teleprompter. Soon after his freshman year of high school he became the radio play-by-play announcer for a minor league basketball team coached by “Chocolate Thunder,” or Darryl Dawkins.
In march of 2007 he joined the WNDU sports team. Now he’s a sports caster at news center 16. Di Carlo says “my first story I had to do the most difficult story of my life.”
Angelo is considered an amazing sports caster who deserves recognition.
