Jerron Jamerson has always wanted to make it in the basketball world, and he definitely has a shot at it. He has been all over the world just for basketball, he practices at least 2-3 time a day, and has won many awards. So, his dream may be big, but is definitely not out of reach.
To make it big in basketball you have to spend almost all your free time practicing, which is exactly what Jamerson does. He is in the gym 2-3 times a day everyday of the week. To keep him going his parents are always there to help him, as Jamerson says, his parents are a huge inspiration because they taught him-and are great examples of- hard work and dedication.
Jamerson work has not gone unnoticed and definitely shined through when he plays. During his time at Owens Community College he received two awards, OCCAC honorable mention and Most improved player. Also, his statistics at Goshen College definitely didn’t disappoint, he averaged, 16 points per game, four rebounds, and had a total of 84 blocks as his career as a Maple leaf. He also was 11th in Crossroads League in scoring.
Jamerson has been almost all over the world by playing basketball, which is why he enjoys playing over seas. He was just recently playing in Canada National league, and later this month he is going to be playing in Australia.
Jerron Jamerson has always wanted to travel the world and become the best basketball player that he could be, and he is so close to doing just that.
