This morning at Goshen College, Justin Gillette told us how to be a runner. One part of becoming a runner is to practice. Justin Gillette runs 24 miles a day. He also stretches a lot to get ready for a marathon. Justin Gillette has to particapate in marathons to be a runner. He’s won 75 marathons. Justin Gillette has to drink and eat things with lots of calories. He eats GU which is a drink that runners have during a marathon. The Gu is given to him by his sponsors and helps him have more strength. Gillette said “I eat 5 during a race.”
