“Baseball was my true love,” Joe Hart said on July 18th, 2014.
Hart knows a lot about baseball; it was all he knew growing up. But his chances of being a minor or major league baseball player were ruined when he injured his shoulder in college. Hart almost decided to be a P.E. teacher. However, he still wanted to be a part of baseball. Hart did not know what to do.
Then Hart decided to be a president for minor league baseball teams. With his new major he could still be around and work with baseball. After Hart graduated from Blair Academy, he started getting lots of jobs.
“I moved around a lot,” Hart said. Being a president of baseball teams involved changing jobs and moving around a lot. One day, Hart was working in Florida and a friend of his called him. He said that a new person had bought the Silver Hawks and he had recommended Hart for the job as the president.
Today, Hart is working as the president of the South Bend Silver Hawks.
