Having a dad that was always around basketball and coaching, meant that he was always around Boston College helping his dad at his job. Colson’s dad was fired from coaching at Boston College. Colson didn’t get why they fired his dad and was a little upset and from that point on didn’t like Boston and was looking for revenge.
Mr. Colson currently plays for the men’s Notre Dame basketball team. “Coming to Notre Dame I always wanted to get revenge on them,” says Colson. Notre Dame and Boston College are huge rivals, as they are both Catholic schools and have always been big rivals. “As soon as that game came I marked it on my calendar.” says Mr. Colson. Colson was always looking for revenge on Boston College for firing his dad. Beating Boston College was a great highlight for him and was really happy for the revenge on them. “Most important stay humble.” says Mr. Colson. beating Boston wasn’t just a great highlight for him but he also reminds us that is important to stay humble.
