This is my version of the climbing the stairs with Bob Toews. Earlier today, Mr. Toews joined us with reporter Anthony Anderson to tell us about some of his life. He told us a bit about about his life outside the stairs and inside the stairs. I has there to hear him say that and now trying to put both life’s here.
One thing about his life is that he lives in Goshen with his family. He has a boy and a girl who are both grown up now. He also lives with a wife and she is about his age. Mr. Toew’s age is 54. He is a assistant directer of institutional research at Goshen College. He said he wanted to be the assistant there because it was going to be fun and he liked the idea.
Another thing he does in life is stair climbing. He told us that is is hard, tiring , and a lot of work to do. He also said that he once climbed up a tall building in Chicago. Mr. Toews said it was very hard to do and he got 20 minutes in it. Mr. Anderson was shocked to hear this news. Then Mr. Toews told him that the record was 13 minutes and Mr. Anderson was surprised.
Finally, Mr. Toews had a trainer. His has a trainer in Denver who trains him. He said “He would train me at Goshen College by in buildings run up the stairs and worked me day by day making sure I was ready for every race. He was one of the best trainers I could ever ask for. He also said my trainer would be having fun to when he taught me.
In conclusion, Mr. Toews does have two lives. One in climbing stairs and another just having a family and having a good time with them. His son training him was like a life but maybe even better. This has been you episode of climbing the stairs with Bob Toews.
