“The workouts weren’t as difficult,” said Femi Hollinger-Janzen about the transition from his playing days at Indiana to playing for the New England Revolution. The workouts start at about 9 am and end around 1 pm. Hollinger-Janzen talked about how the workouts were different and what was expected of them. Hollinger-Janzen said “we really didn’t work on fitness” and that they didn’t work on tactical things in their practices.
“Practice is usually an hour to an hour and a half” Hollinger-Janzen commented about the length of the practice. Hollinger-Janzen said that peoples relations with other players can differ upon what position they are either fighting for or have. But at the end of the day, they are all teammates just all trying to play on the big stage.
