On July 10th Write on Sports interviewed Jason Samuel a radio broadcaster at Goshen College. His career started and progressed from college, by him wanting to work with sports. He chose to broadcast and interview athletes. As a kid though he wanted to go to college at Villanova but Villanova didn’t have a radio station. Goshen College did, and Goshen College offered him a pretty decent scholarship so he ended up going to Goshen.
Jason Samuel went on with his dream of being a broadcaster and an interviewer by, “whenever I had an opportunity I said yes.” Through him trying to start his career he had challenges to face. Jason Samuel said, “I did not have a good speaking voice, that is where I knew I had to get better. Everyday I asked myself how can I do better.” Everyday he pushed himself to get better, he worked harder to get where he is today. Since Jason Samuels college career he has been working at Goshen College as a sports broadcaster for 15 years and he has enjoyed every minuet of it!
