62nd Annual Concerto-Aria concert
Four student winners of the 2022 Goshen College Concerto-Aria Competition performed arias and individual concerto movements with the Goshen College Symphony Orchestra during the 62nd annual Concerto-Aria Concert on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022.
Performing were:
- Hannah Lehman, a sophomore music and secondary education major from Huntington, Indiana, performed Piano Concerto No. 3 in C minor, Op. 37 by Ludwig van Beethoven;
- Caroline Greaser, a junior graphic design and music major from Goshen, performed Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Minor, Op. 37 by Henri Vieuxtemps;
- Isaac Fisher, a junior mathematics and secondary education major from Elkhart, Indiana, performed Tuba Concerto – mvt II, 1 by Bruce Broughton;
- Augusta Nafziger, a soprano junior music and writing major from Weyers Cave, Virginia, performed “Glitter and Be Gay” from Candide by Leonard Bernstein.
