On Nov. 24, a group of Goshen College students and community members held a peaceful demonstration in support of the Ferguson, Missouri, community in light of the recent court ruling regarding the killing of Michael Brown.
The Goshen College Theater Department blended romance, death, humor, whimsy, music and poetry in Sarah Ruhl’s “Eurydice,” a contemporary retelling of the Greek myth of Orpheus.

Goshen College Hymn Club held a hymn singing marathon in which singers sang through every verse of every song in the Mennonite hymnal.
Performing were the Goshen College Chamber Choir and Men’s Chorus, directed by Scott Hochstetler, and the Goshen College Women’s World Music Choir, directed by Debra Brubaker. Joining the GC choirs was the Bethany Christian High School Concert Choir, directed by Nathan Swartzendruber, a 2009 Goshen College graduate. All four choirs performed individually and as a mass chorus.
